Analysis of clicks
In order to better position the Christmas campaign in the future, we analyse the source the click was forwarded from. In other words, whether it was accessed via a link in a newsletter, via a QR code or via a link on our social media presence. This is done in a manner that respects data protection without setting a cookie. On the technical side, we use the Matomo service from InnoCraft Ltd. based at 7 Waterloo Quay PO625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand, which enables such analysis without the use of cookies and in a manner that respects data protection. In addition to the referrer URL, we also process your IP address, which is anonymised immediately after collection so that no conclusions can be drawn about your person. We have reduced Matomo's default settings to the bare essentials and deactivated the following settings, including live functions, user ID, e-commerce and heatmaps/session logs, and tracking. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f) GDPR in analysing the fundraising campaign by access and type of forwarding. Your data is not processed beyond this. Data processing takes place exclusively in the European Economic Area. The data is deleted immediately after anonymisation so that no data about you is stored.

Automated decision
Your data will not be subject to decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing (e.g. profiling).
Your rights under the GDPR
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, in addition to the right of access, you also have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to data processing. You can exercise your right to object to data processing if we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6 (1) f) GDPR).
