As Chief Sustainability Officer, Patricia Posch is responsible for the Bank's sustainable orientation, including social commitment and corporate responsibility. She particularly appreciates the voluntary commitment of BayernLB employees to social projects. In the video, Patricia also talks about her support for the charitable organisation Sternstunden and the JOBLINGE initiative as well as the exciting sustainability projects at the Technical University of Munich.
This year, we are once again supporting the Sternstunden charity, which helps children who are sick, disabled and in need, with a Christmas donation. We also support Sternstunden throughout the year with individual donations for specific events and a contribution towards administrative costs.

‘We need more investment,’ says Johannes Anschott, Member of the Board of Management of BayernLB and responsible for corporate customer and capital market business. In this interview, Johannes explains how the bank can drive forward the transformation of the German economy and what innovative digital and platform-based financial products it already offers.
1.4 trillion euros of investment in infrastructure and education will be needed in Germany by 2030. This amount was calculated by the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and recently published in the ‘Transformation Paths’ study.
