Diversity - recognising and valuing diversity at BayernLB

Anne Stetter is Head of Cultural Change and People Development in Human Resources at BayernLB. Responsibility - Social commitment is part of BayernLB's DNA

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Patricia Posch is responsible for the Bank's sustainable orientation, including social commitment and corporate responsibility. She particularly appreciates the voluntary commitment of BayernLB employees to social projects. In the video, Patricia also talks about her support for the charitable organisation Sternstunden and the JOBLINGE initiative as well as the exciting sustainability projects at the Technical University of Munich.

This year, we are once again supporting the Sternstunden charity, which helps children who are sick, disabled and in need, with a Christmas donation. We also support Sternstunden throughout the year with individual donations for specific events and a contribution towards administrative costs.

Progress - investing in the future with BayernLB's sector expertise
